That's how police officers approach a vehicle. ESPECIALLY if the car has mad tyte tint. "The cop comes up to my window and goes, "Why were you doing 60 in a 45?"

Why flip? At least you got this part right. "He yells over my car to his partner, "Hey, he wasn't going 60" in a sarcastic/taunting tone."
oh no, he spoke to his parnter in a tone you didn't like. I'd have LOVED to see how you calmy replied to his question. "He then asks for my license and insurance like he's mad or something."
Again, that's what police officers do when they pull over a driver. Don't you watch cops? "I give it to the guy and he says across the car to his partner, "Oooo graduated driver's license". His partner is like , "Ouch, Bummer..." being all stupid. Then he is like "Helloo" all flirty sounding to the girl in my car."
(pssst, it's not 'like' it's 'says') You should just sit there. 'Yes sir', 'No sir', are how you should address an officer. "They go back to their cruiser, and he comes back 5 minutes later with a ticket!"
That's because that's what they do, they ticket people who are speeding. "I say to him " I don't even get a say in this?" and before he can reply, his partner goes, "You can say what you want in court"."
No, you don't have a say in it, that's what the judge does. And his partner was right. (pssst, it's 'says') "I'm like what the fuck. They walk back to their car and I realize the stupid fuck didn't give me my insurance card back."
Tell that to the judge, in those words. Should get a great response. "....blah blah blah..." Either pay the ticket, or go to court and plead not guilty. Hope the cops don't show up. Request traffic school so your insurance doesn't double. And slow down.
